Irish Coffee

Enjoy with friends, by a warm fire either morning or evening!

  1. Fill a footed coffee glass with hot water
  2. Empty water and pour in 3/4 cup of hot coffee.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of superfine sugar.
  4. Add 1.5 Onces of Irish Whiskey
  5. Add heavey whipping cream that has been lightly sweetened with sugar and beaten but not quite to whipped.  It is important it is still thick, yet pourable.
  6. Add cream to the top of the coffee by pouring over the back of a spoon.
  7. Slainte!
