I want to shout out the amazing hard working kids I want to shout out the amazing hard working kids of the Union Mine FFA for their contribution to the Burns Night Supper! Flashes of white shirts and black pants with smiles were all over the great room. Their service is greatly appreciated! We raised over $2000 for the UM FFA Boosters during the three hour dinner! I am a dessert first kinda guy, so let’s take a I am a dessert first kinda guy, so let’s take a peek at the dessert course for the Burns Night Supper! Cranachan is a delicious layered dessert made with a raspberry purée, toasted oats soaked in scotch whisky and a whipped cream flavored with Scotch whiskey. The flavors are subtle and savory and will pair nicely with the @mirafloreswinery Black Muscat or a wee dram of whisky! Tickets available in bio link!

Such a cool place with a whole lot of things to do after you eat your ice cream! Batting cages, giant slides, mini golf, farm animal petting area & barn… my grandkids love it there! Can’t say I didn’t try the Chili Spaghetti Piz Can’t say I didn’t try the Chili Spaghetti Pizza! Chili Spaghetti is a regional favorite in the Cincinnati area. So of course @catchafirepizza had to represent! The chili flavor is unique, a little sweet with hints of cinnamon, served over spaghetti… on a pizza. It didn’t resonate with any of us, but we tried! The rest of the meal was outstanding, with the Crazy Potatoheads pizza being our favorite! Oh yeah, we dined in one of the heated igloos!
